我于年__——20__年就讀于__大學(xué)商學(xué)院，支持我走過來并且充實(shí)度過的是我的自信，努力和上進(jìn)。

剛到大學(xué)時(shí)，來自農(nóng)村，沉默寡言，虛榮自卑，所有與管理有關(guān)的品質(zhì)自己幾乎都沒有，可是我相信自己有學(xué)好這個(gè)專業(yè)的信心和潛能，于是努力的學(xué)習(xí)各門知識(shí)，認(rèn)真提高自己的專業(yè)能力，尤其注重英語和計(jì)算機(jī)的學(xué)習(xí)，取得了很好的成績，并且連續(xù)x年獲得獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金。

于此同時(shí)我也深深的意識(shí)到學(xué)習(xí)管理專業(yè)僅僅靠書本是不夠的，能力則更為重要。于是我廣泛的參加學(xué)校的活動(dòng)，諸如辯論會(huì)，英文競賽，組織同鄉(xiāng)會(huì)等，并且擴(kuò)張自己的興趣與愛好，學(xué)習(xí)圍棋，書法，口琴，日語，評(píng)彈等，它們不僅僅讓我的大學(xué)生活更為充實(shí)和有趣，重要的是鍛煉了我的.溝通，組織的能力，提升自己的修養(yǎng)和品德，讓我可以更好的和每個(gè)人交往，__年獲得商學(xué)院分團(tuán)委的“活動(dòng)積極分子”稱號(hào)。

大學(xué)是社會(huì)的過渡，在進(jìn)入的時(shí)候，我便知道我不可能去考研究生的，所以我付出了很多的時(shí)間參加社會(huì)實(shí)踐：在新龍門酒家做服務(wù)生，我知道如何禮貌平等的對(duì)待每一個(gè)顧，這讓我在以后工作里可以與上司和同事進(jìn)行良好的相處溝通;天馳的現(xiàn)場管理，我知道要學(xué)會(huì)思考觀察，懂得經(jīng)濟(jì)的策略，學(xué)會(huì)創(chuàng)新;推銷鉛筆使我知道應(yīng)該敏銳的抓住市場機(jī)會(huì)，并仔細(xì)進(jìn)行自主的策劃，還有其他的等等，在實(shí)踐的過程中鍛煉了自己，也為以后的工作適應(yīng)打好基礎(chǔ)。
