之所以讀研究生，主要基于以下三點原因，一是對管理學的濃厚興趣，希望能夠做一些更深入的研究;一是為實現咨詢師的夢想，需要更深層次地自我發展。二是實踐的需要，立志在三年研究中建立一套屬于自己的全方位管理模式，用于指導中小企業(尤其是家族企業)的管理提升。
